Fit and Well Seniors
The YMCA Fit & Well Seniors Program caters to the needs of more than 100,000 seniors residing in DC. Launched in 2010 in partnership with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, this program helps seniors find energy, movement, and a support network.
